CrossFit Kids & CrossFit Teens

CF Kids & Teens classes have a sole focus on FUN! Helping our young ones to develop a healthy relationship with exercise, but most of all just having a lot of fun while doing it!!

CrossFit Kids - Age 5-11
CrossFit Teens - Age 12-16


Our aim with our Kids & Teens programme is to provide a safe and inclusive space for your kids to move, learn, grow and have fun. They’ll learn functional movements in an engaging environment. CrossFit Kids & Teens classes can help your child not only become fitter, stronger and healthier, but also build new friendships, learn new skills and even improve brain function! 

 

Our Kids classes are 45 minutes long, and will always start and end with a game. Fun is the aim for all of our sessions! 

Our Teens classes are 1 hour and will mirror our grown ups classes, with a focus more on moving well, and consistently, before adding load. 

 

Your child's safety is my primary focus. All movements and workouts can and will be modified according to age and ability to ensure they are safe and, most importantly, having fun.
