About the event
Our Kids & Teens Throwdown is designed to challenge young athletes in a safe, supportive, and super fun environment. With age-appropriate workouts, awesome prizes, and great vibes all around.
We will run 4 different age categories, with slightly different workout variations.
The morning will run like a mini CrossFit comp, so expect different heats, judges and prizes to end the day.
The workouts will be released before the competition, and every workout will be scalable for every athlete.
